Coconut Panna Cotta With Orange Reduction


It is a quick dessert which can be prepared in ten minutes and some settling time in the refrigerator before you can serve it. Use seasonal fruits or berries for the fruit reduction to serve as sauce along with it. Rest , all you need to run your brain and create some art in the plate to make it appealing to the eyes.
 
What You Need for the Panna Cotta
 

  • 1 cup coconut milk ( I used Dabur Tetra Pack Small One)
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 100 grams greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 and ½ tsp gelatin mixed with 3 tsp of water


Steps To Make:

 

  • Mix coconut milk and sugar and put on a boiler on low flame.
  • Once, the sugar melts, switch off the flame and add vanilla essence to it.
  • Whisk yogurt separately and add to it. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork.
  • Add the soaked gelatin and mix well again.
  • Pour into porcelain cups or glass and put in refrigerator to settle down.

 
What You Need for the orange reduction :
 

  • I whole orange, skin and seeds removed
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sugar

 
Steps To Make:
 

  • Boil in a pan till everything mixes well.
  • Blend to a smooth paste
