Mango Oatmeal Smoothie


Smoothie in a bowl are the next thing in the town. Mango Oats Smoothie is everybody’s favourite and can be prepared without much hassle.

What You Need:

  • 1 cup mangoes chopped
  • ½ cup oats soaked in 1 cup of milk
  • Sugar as per taste. You can skip this if mangoes are very sweet
  • Walnuts 
  • Fruits of Choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds soaked in ½ cup of milk


Steps To Make:

  • Blend oats, mangoes, sugar and milk in a blender till you get a nice smooth consistency.
  • Pour in a bowl.
  • Decorate with dry fruits and fruits of your choice.
